OUR STORY
A mission twenty years in the making.
TOTOMED International was founded in 2020 with a singular mission: to make high-quality surgical and disposable medical products accessible to every hospital in India. What began as a vision has grown into a trusted name across 28 states.
Our roots trace back to 2010, when our founding team volunteered with healthcare NGOs across rural India. Witnessing firsthand the gap between imported medical device quality and local affordability ignited a determination to bridge that divide.
Today, our ISO-certified manufacturing facility in Chennai produces over 21 categories of surgical products — from oxygen masks and ventilator circuits to catheters and menstrual cups — each meeting international quality standards at a price point that makes sense for Indian healthcare.

Our 18,000 sq ft manufacturing campus in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, is built to the exacting standards of WHO-GMP — the same framework governing pharmaceutical manufacturing. Every production line runs under positive-pressure clean-room conditions with HEPA-filtered air, temperature and humidity monitoring, and personnel hygiene protocols aligned with ISO 14644.
