NEBULIZER MASK — designed for clinical reliability.
Odor-free & supple medical graded PVC (Mask and Oxygen tubing) and PC (Nebulizer chamber) is used, for sheer comfort & safety of patients. TOTOMED manufactures the NEBULIZER MASK at our WHO-GMP certified facility in Chennai, India, under ISO 13485:2016 quality management standards. Each unit is individually packed, ETO-sterilised (where applicable), and batch-tracked for full traceability. Our design process incorporates clinician feedback from ICU consultants, nursing staff, and biomedical engineers to ensure the product performs reliably under real ward conditions — not just in laboratory testing.

Clinical Applications
Raw material
- •Odor-free & supple medical graded PVC (Mask and Oxygen tubing) and PC (Nebulizer chamber) is used, for sheer comfort & safety of patients.
- •‘White transparent’ and ‘Green transparent’ polyvinyl chloride particle is used for colour availability.
- •Nebulizer chamber: Made from polycarbonate (‘PC’). Wall thickness > 21 mm.
- •Both ‘with DEHP’ and ‘DEHP free’ types are available for options.
Oxygen tube
- •Normally 1.8 m to 2.2 m tube is configured.
- •Inner diameter: 5 mm and 6 mm are available for options.
- •Star lumen designing to minimize the risk of airflow termination, although its kinked.
- •With luer slip (conventional) connector and luer lock (universal new type) connector.
Face mask
- •Ergonomic designing facilitates adequate coverage and reduces & controls oxygen gas leakage.
- •Adjustable nose clip for comfortable fit.
- •Good edge curling.
- •Thickened hole prevents breakage of face mask edge when being stretched by elastic strap.
Nebulizer chamber (Nebulizer Jar)
- •Made from polycarbonate (‘PC’).
- •Chamber wall thickness > 21 mm.
- •Available with nebulizer 6ML and 20ML.
Elastic strap
- •Elasticity enables longer or shorter to fix to different patient head, considering high flexible strength.
- •Premium quality material.
- •With tie to prevent being pulled off from mask.
- •Blue and Green straps are available.

Full Traceability
Each unit carries a batch number traceable to raw material supplier, production date, QC inspector, and ETO sterilisation log — enabling rapid field-action response if needed.
