Medical-grade EVA or PE (Polyethylene) material is used. TOTOMED manufactures the VENTILATOR CIRCUITS - at our WHO-GMP certified facility in Chennai, India, under ISO 13485:2016 quality management standards. Each unit is individually packed, ETO-sterilised (where applicable), and batch-tracked for full traceability. Our design process incorporates clinician feedback from ICU consultants, nursing staff, and biomedical engineers to ensure the product performs reliably under real ward conditions — not just in laboratory testing.
As part of the Ventilator Circuits range, the VENTILATOR CIRCUITS - is designed to integrate seamlessly with complementary TOTOMED products — allowing procurement teams to standardise on a single trusted supplier for compatible, validated consumable combinations.

Description
- •Bain Circuit offered comprises co-axial modification of basic T-piece system which has been developed for facilitating scavenging of waste anaesthetic gases.
- •As a tube carrying fresh gas, it travels inside outer reservoir tube to endotracheal tube connector.
- •The process includes patient inspiring fresh gas from the outer reservoir tube and expiring into reservoir tube.
- •Adult: It is based on Mapleson D system, provided with 22 mm corrugated tube, expiratory valve and 2 litre antistatic bag.
- •Pediatrics: It is based on Mapleson F system, provided with 15&10 mm corrugated tube with a 0.5l antistatic Rebreathing Bag and a bag bleed valve.
- •Sterile / Disposable / Individually Packed.
